Thank you for purchasing from Fantasy Sewing Bundle. Because our products are digital sewing patterns and downloadable files, it is important for all customers to understand the rights granted — and the rights not granted — upon purchase.
This License Agreement explains how you may use, print, store, and enjoy the digital files included in your order.
By downloading our patterns, you agree to the terms below.
All purchases include a Personal Use License unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This license allows you to:
✔ Download the files for your own use
✔ Print the patterns for personal sewing projects
✔ Use the patterns to create physical garments for yourself, friends, family, or private clients
✔ Save the files to your personal devices or cloud storage
✔ Reprint the patterns as many times as needed
This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial (unless special permission is granted).
You are allowed to:
You may print the patterns at home, at a print shop, or via any printer service.
You may use the patterns to create finished garments and sell them as physical items.
You may alter, resize, adjust, or customize the patterns for personal sewing purposes.
Any future patterns added to the bundle are included in your lifetime license.
To protect the work, thousands of drafting hours, and the integrity of the bundle, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
This includes sending files to others, posting them online, uploading them to Google Drive, Dropbox, social media, or sharing them in any form.
You cannot sell, gift, or trade the digital files — even if modified.
All patterns remain the intellectual property of Fantasy Sewing Bundle / Isabella Hart.
Selling the files in physical or printed form is prohibited.
This includes books, kits, bundles, online courses, or membership websites.
Example: converting PDFs into PNGs, SVGs, CAD files, etc., for distribution.
Creating small-batch handmade pieces is allowed, but factory-scale or commercial mass production is not.
You may sell physical garments made using our patterns, under these conditions:
✔ Items must be handmade or produced in small batches
✔ You must not claim ownership of the pattern itself
✔ You must not use our branding, images, or text in your marketing
✔ You must not present the patterns as your intellectual property
You do not need a special license to sell handmade garments.
Teachers, workshops, and sewing instructors may not distribute or share the pattern files with students.
However, they may use the patterns in class demonstrations, as long as the students do not receive the digital files themselves.
